Brock Purdy of the San Francisco 49ers was Physically assaulted by angry fans… regarding yesterday’s game.

In his first 23 NFL starts, San Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy faced challenges, notably a torn ulnar collateral ligament last season’s NFC Championship Game. However, Monday night against the Baltimore Ravens was his toughest outing yet. Purdy threw a career-high four interceptions, three in the first half, leading to a 33-19 loss and a turnover margin of minus-5, dropping the team to an 11-4 season record.

“He’s played this long, he never had a game like this,” 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said. “It’s pretty unusual. That’s the reality of the NFL. I’m not saying it’s bound to happen but wish he didn’t have as many picks today.”
In his postgame press conference, Purdy was already reflecting on his performance against the Ravens and considering how to rebound for their upcoming away game against the Washington Commanders. “In the NFL, there are chances ahead,” Purdy commented. “We’ve got two regular-season games left before playoffs. I need to focus on our team goals but also self-reflect on why those decisions were made and how I can improve.”

After the match, Brock Purdy was blamed by most of the 49ers fans. They felt he did not give his best. Some even called him a “managers QB” and that he is not a team play. He received several trolls online. This morning, while he was at a Cafeteria with a fellow team mate, some “Over zealous fans”, physically assaulted him. Adding to his injury from the game, he was rushed to the hospital. News has it that he is getting better, and will be available for their next game.
