It has been widely reported over the last couple of months that Adarabioyo is one of the names on Ange Postecoglou’s radar as the Spurs boss looks to bolster his options at centre-back.
Last week, HITC reported that the defender, whose current deal with Fulham runs out next month, is the subject of a battle between Tottenham, Newcastle, Chelsea and West Ham.
Over the last few days, various sources have suggested that Newcastle are at the front of the queue to secure the Englishman, with Magpies alleged to be making progress in their efforts to sign the player (Fabrizio Romano).

However, they make it clear that it is not quite a done deal yet and that other clubs have not given up hope of securing the Fulham star.
They say that Man Utd, in particular, are keen, with the Red Devils continuing to work to beat Newcastle to the player. The report mentions Spurs, Liverpool, and AC Milan as the other clubs circling over the Englishman.

Barring a surprising turn of events, it does seem like Newcastle will complete deals for both Adarbioyo and Lloyd Kelly. Tottenham were always at a disadvantage in those pursuits as Postecoglou was not in a position to offer assurances regarding game time to either player.
